Ordering Information

Each piece of the Willow Creek Workshop’s furniture is unique and made especially for its clients. When you place an order a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card via PayPal. Upon receipt of your deposit, your furniture will be scheduled for construction and you will receive an email or letter, with details of your order.

The balance plus shipping will be charged upon completion of your order. If for some reason you decide to cancel your order the 50% deposit is refundable less 20% handling fee based on the full amount of your order.

Due to nature of handcrafted furniture, pieces will show the human touch which may be variation in measurements, natural blemishes in the properties of the wood and adjustments made by the craftsman. Traditional handcrafted furniture is not flawless but is a compilation of the craftsman’s effort and skill.

Shipping Information

The shipping cost varies based on location and is quoted on a per-order basis via a shipping company that will blanket wrap your item or we can ship smaller items UPS. We ship only in the USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
